The Company believes that ethical and integrity-driven conduct is fundamental to the way it does business. The Code of Conduct guides everyone working within BUMA in making decisions, carrying out their responsibilities, and engaging professionally with stakeholders, in line with the Company’s values, the principles of Good Corporate Governance, and applicable laws and regulations.
To promote understanding of and compliance with the Code, BUMA regularly conducts awareness sessions and training. Consistent adherence to the Code is expected to foster a positive work environment, strengthen integrity and trust, and support BUMA’s reputation as an ethical and responsible company.
